How long before my order ships?
Each item’s lead time is listed on individual product pages below the product description. Once this lead time is complete, your order will ship! Certain manufacturer issues, while rare, can occur which will affect the stated lead time and are out of the control of Alexander Marchant.
What about Quick Ship items?
All Quick Ship items will ship out within two business days of the purchase within the United States.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact Customer Support to talk about your options. We are happy here to help!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. For orders made through Customer Support we can also accept checks and wire transfers.
And of course, cash on purchases made in one of our showrooms.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Domestic: We use UPS GROUND to ship most orders within the continental United States. Additional shipping fees apply to Hawaii & Alaska. Alexander Marchant requires a minimum purchase of $50 on orders shipping to US Territories & Canada. Please Contact Us for a shipping estimate. Please note: UPS will not ship to a PO Box.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please email Customer Support or call 512-462-1444 for an estimate. Expedited-shipping service refers only to the method of delivery from Alexander Marchant to you. If the product you have ordered is out of stock or special order, it will still have a lead time before shipping.
International: Shipping orders to an international address will require an order minimum of $250. The client is responsible for paying duties and taxes. Shipping delays caused by customs is not the responsibility of Alexander Marchant. Please email Customer Support or call 512-462-1444 for further details.
Store Pick-up: We offer Store Pick-up in our Austin and San Antonio Showrooms. This method waives all shipping costs and is available to choose at check out. Please specify which showroom location you will be picking up from in the Order Notes at check out.
How much does shipping cost?

Store Pick-up: Showroom Pick-up is complementary and waives all shipping costs.
Where is my order?
Simply log in to your account and click on Orders. Here you can see the status of all of your orders. To get the most up-to-date ETA for your items, click on “View” to the far right of your order number. You can even see your tracking information here once your order ships! If you run into any issues, contact Customer Support. We’ll take care of you!
Do you offer gift receipts with my order?
We do not offer separate gift receipts currently.
All orders arrive with a packing slip that omits the price of each product and includes instructions on how to exchange or return. Each individual item will be shipped with the price omitted from the tag.
Where can I find my tracking?
Simply log in to your account and click on Orders. Here you can see the status of all of your orders. To get the most up-to-date ETA for your items, click on “View” to the far right of your order number. You can see your tracking information here once your order ships.
We also send out a separate email to the email address specified with the order. If you run into any issues, contact Customer Support. We’ll take care of you!
