Sample Policy

2-WEEK SAMPLE POLICY TERMS

TO ORDER

  1. Some items may be able to be shipped to you on a temporary sample basis. Payment in advance for any sample will be required. Refund for product only will be issued upon the sample’s return. Not all products are available for sampling.
  2. Only one sample permitted per product.
  3. Products we ship as samples may be a designated sample and show some wear from multiple checkouts. This does not indicate the quality of the final product you will receive if you proceed with a final order.
  4. All samples are shipped GROUND UPS unless otherwise specified. UPS does not ship to a PO Box. All shipping charges in both directions are the responsibility of the client.

TO RETURN

  1. All samples must be returned, or on route, to Alexander Marchant two weeks after their arrival to you. After two weeks, a full refund for product will be null and void.
  2. Samples can only be returned via UPS, FedEx or USPS with SIGNATURE REQUIRED upon delivery. We cannot guarantee any refund if the items are not shipped back with signature required upon delivery. Please email info@alexandermarchant.com with tracking information once the shipper has issued it to you.
  3. All samples must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original packing list inside.
  4. Once the samples have been received at Alexander Marchant, within the allotted time, you will receive a full refund for the product only. Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed.
